LQ Resorts offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn resort wear and accessories, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your next getaway. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
